My name is Dana. I grew up in a small town in Michigan. I keep busy these days as a wife, stay-at-home mom of two boys, freelance graphic designer, an online store owner, and an amateur photographer. I always have to be creating something with my hands. I need to feel productive. I love to see results. That is why I am constantly dreaming up new DIY projects for myself, browsing Pinterest for inspiration, or watching HGTV shows. I have a to-do list that is a mile long. I created this blog to share my success (and hopefully not too many fail) stories.

I Dana, I’m Dimitri, the owner of 1001pallets.com.
I stumbled upon your beautiful giant pallet dogbed recently. And I saw you made a kind of tutorial for it. I would like to propose you to use some of your pics and text to make a pdf tutorial our readers could then download. As an example, here is the page with all the tutorials we already provide as a “cobranding” with talented crafters like you: http://www.1001pallets.com/pallet-tutorials/.
Would you agree to share your content with us ?
Feel free to ask any question from me. Waiting to read from you.
Kind regards,
Dimitri

Hello! Thank you so much for your kind words, and I am flattered to be offered a spot on your website. I do have to say though, that the dog bed isn’t made out of pallets, but new store bought furring strips. I explain in my blog post that my initial plan was to construct out of pallet wood, but after researching and learning about how toxic pallets can be, I opted for new wood.

Hi Dana, Sorry forthe late reply. Understood for the wood. Nevertheless, if you do not mind, As you already have plans, i propose to reuse them to inspire our readers. So if you are ok with that, we will prepare a downloadable tutorial and will send it to you for review.
By the way, concerning pallet safety, we made a complete guide since it was a question we had all the time: http://www.1001pallets.com/pallet-safety/
